Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bergheim suchen wir eine/n **Project Manager Global Operations** (w/m/d).

Als Project Manager Global Operations leiten Sie, sowohl nach klassischen, agilen oder hybriden Projektmanagementmethoden, die Umsetzung von Projekten im operativen Geschäft der PALFINGER Gruppe. Sie sind Teil des Project Management Office Operations und treten als Vermittler/in für einheitliche Projektmanagementstandards auf. Sie unterstützen örtliche Projektmanager und Projekt-Teams bei der erfolgreichen Planung, Umsetzung und Beendigung von Projekten. Außerdem sind Sie Ansprechpartner/in für regionale und lokale Führungskräfte für sämtliche Projektmanagement-Themen und unterstützen somit die Projektmanagement Organisation des Konzerns.

**Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Eigenständige Projektleitung im operativen Geschäftsbereich eines internationalen Unternehmens
- Mitarbeit in der Koordination und Steuerung von Projektaufwänden im Zuge eines Projektportfoliomanagements
- Unterstützung von globalen, regionalen oder lokalen Projektorganisationen und Führungskräften im Zuge von Methoden-Coachings, Workshops, Präsentationen, etc.
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der globalen Etablierung des PMO Operations sowie der einhergehenden Projektmanagementrichtlinien, - Werkzeugen und Standards
- Botschafter/in für eine Projektmanagementkultur in der Organisation

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre / HAK / HTL / FH)
- Erfahrung in klassischem, agilen bzw. hybriden Projektmanagement
- Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (PMI, IPMA, o.Ä.) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler Teams
- Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und zielgerichtete Entscheidungsfindung
- Selbstorganisatorisches Talent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft (Projektbezogen) von ca. 25%
