PALFINGER stands for most innovative, reliable and economic hoist-equipment on utility vehicles for land segment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our Supply Chain Team we are looking for a **Project Manager & PMO for Supply Chain Transformation (f/m/d).**
You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team preparing Palfinger for the challenges of the future. Exciting developments in the fields of digitalization, optimization and AI will increase the visibility and flexibility will ensure the future growth of the company.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Program & Project Lead for SC Transformation in close cooperation with VP SCM, Project Team and other stakeholders to drive development to best-in-class
- Plan, define and ensure achieving of project targets
- Plan and execute communication efforts in close alignment with internal communication and relevant stakeholders
- Plan and control project budgets
- Resolving resources
- and priority-conflicts
- Hosts and organizes project reviews
- Lead or support other SC projects
- Establishing Project Management Standards within Palfinger SCM, align with Palfinger Project Management Standards
- Establish usage of existing project management tools
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- University degree in SCM or a similar oriented technical degree
- 2-4 years work experience in SCM in a global organization
- Strong analytic and conceptual capabilities
- High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
- Project management skills
- Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Business English (German optional)
