**What you will do**
- Responsibility for the local Plant Supply Chain Team (Material Planning, procurement, external warehouse and material handling, Change Control and Artwork).
- Ensuring supply chain performance (supplier service levels, customer service levels, inventory levels and supply chain risk management).
- Lead and support local project implementation and ongoing optimisation of supply chain structures, processes, and systems within the site (material flows, external partners, transportation, etc.).
- Lead product supply planning and change management between site and corporate functions such as Regulatory and Quality.
- Lead and develop the site SC team and align within corporate functions.
- Establish and run S&OP with Commercial Supply chain.
- As a member of the site leadership team active participation within the development of the site´s mission and strategy.
- Responsibility for budgeting, budget-controlling and optimisation.

**What you will need**
- Ideally completed studies in economics with specialisation in supply chain management or comparable experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
- Proven successful leadership of teams and ability to work with cross functional and cross-country teams.
- Strong analytical, process and conceptual skills to address complex supply chain issues.
- Solution-oriented personality with the ability to communicate professionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English and German (written and oral).
