The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for managing finished goods planning, end to end supply chain processes, and ensuring operational alignment with Supply plan to support targeted customer service levels while optimizing costs through balancing product demand and supply.
- **What you will do**
- Maintain monthly supply plan to convert output from demand planning to supply requirements.
- Review and prioritize gaps between supply delivery & requested demand, considering capacity plans and budget.
- Maintain inventory/ safety stock targets.
- Analyze supply performance and work with stakeholders to help and manage any supply disruptions.
- Support and monitor new product / new country introduction and discontinuation process, adjusting forecast and supply plans accordingly. Review product set ups and stocking policies.
- Consolidates daily/weekly supply priorities and communicates them to the manufacturing site.
- Facilitation and co-ordination of daily, weekly, and monthly internal supply chain meetings, reporting on time delivery, inventory levels and schedule adherence.
- Build good working relationships with the operational and procurement teams to resolve delivery performance issues, improving performance and minimizing the impact to the customer. Develop, implement, and facilitate positive relationships to deliver a regular cross-functional consensus approach.

**What you will need (job requirements)**
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Supply Planning or related field.
- Experience with ERP/MRP processes and systems.
- Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel (for example Power Query, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- MS Dynamics experience would be fantastic.
- Creative problem solver problem solving with the ability to analyze data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in German a plus but is not required.
