**Your new challenges which will inspire you**:

- Responsibility for delivery of operational tasks to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
- Support logistics, supplies and equipment ordering, shipments, and tracking
- Preparation of study-specific documents and formatting per current regulatory requirements
- Report data / update diverse databases
- Regularly review and track status of oversight activities of (e)Trial Master File (TMF), ensure archiving of (e)TMF
- Handling of diverse administrative tasks within the CR&D department
- Communication / coordination with other departments and external vendors as needed
- Being an essential part of clinical operations team supporting global clinical trials
**Your profile that will convince us**:

- Medical-pharmaceutical, scientific or similar background or at least 1 or 2 years of experience in clinical research (or any equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Good IT skills
- Professional use of the German and English language, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 2.696,88. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
