**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung unserer lokalen Studienteams in allen Aspekten klinischer Studien, von der Auswahl der Studienzentren über die Bereitstellung der notwendigen Materialien und Medikamente bis zum Close-Out
- Koordination aller internen und externen Beteiligten an Ihren Studien für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Dokumentenmanagement, inkl. fristgerechte Zusammenstellung von Datenpaketen für die Zulassungsbehörden, Vorbereitung von Besuchen an den Studienzentren sowie die fortlaufende Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität bis hin zur Archivierung
- Rechnungsbearbeitung sowie fortlaufende Prüfung und Pflege der Finanzdatensysteme

**Ihr Background**:

- Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Fachgebiet wie z.B. Biologie, Biochemie, Chemie, Gesundheitswesen, Pharmakologie, Medizin usw.; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Administration / Gesundheit / Pflege oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung (z. B. als Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Studienkoordinator*in....)
- Berufserfahrung in der Administration klinischer Studien in Österreich
- Kenntnis der geltenden Österreicher und internationalen Regularien bei klinischen Studien wie z.B. ICH / GCP
- praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen wie MS Office (einschließlich guter MS Excel-Kenntnisse) und klinischen IT-Anwendungen (Veeva Vault usw.)
- ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Details und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- ** ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss**
