Das Team "Infrastructure Product Delivery" ist zuständig für das Product Management der gesamten IT Infrastruktur Landschaft. Die 6 Mitarbeiter:innen analysieren den Markt und gestalten die Zukunft der öffentlichen Verwaltung in Form von hochwertigen IT-Produkten in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Storage, Backup, Virtualisierung, Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Webserver und Security. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Operation Managern der Abteilung haben Sie die strategische, kaufmännische, inhaltliche und technische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung.
Ihre Aufgaben
Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich für ausgewählte Infrastruktur Produkte im kompletten Life Cycle gehören:
- Erstellung einer Produkt‐Roadmap
- Produkt-Neuentwicklung und Markteinführungskonzepte
- Marktanalysen (Marktpotenzial, Technologietrends, Wettbewerbsstruktur)
- Business Cases mit kompetitiven Pricing Strategien
- Interne/r Auftraggeber:in für Produktentwicklungen
- Sicherstellung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungserfüllung
- Produkt Service‐Reviews
- regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit Operation-, Solution
- und Businesspartnermanagement
Sie bringen mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der (lateralen oder fachlichen) Führung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Business Cases und Pricing‐Strategien
- Starker Gestaltungswille, sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie hohe Konfliktlösungskompetenz und Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen auszubalancieren
- Breites Wissen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der IT-Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in der strukturierten Abwicklung von größeren IT-Projekten in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Kunden auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
- ITIL Ausbildung von Vorteil
Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 89.220,49 brutto all in angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
