**Über die Rolle**

Der Associate Product Manager, Neurology (m/w/d) ist ein Mitglied des lokalen Commercial Teams und arbeitet in enger Zusammenarbeit und unter der Leitung des Senior Product Managers an Marketingprojekten für alle lizenzierten Marken von Biogen. Der Associate Product Manager, Neurology (m/w/d) berichtet an den Commercial Head von Biogen Austria.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Marketingpläne zur Erstellung eines Omnichannel-Kampagnenplans durch die Anpassung von Materialien (digital und gedruckt) und Strategien für den lokalen Markt in Übereinstimmung mit regulatorischen, Compliance
- und rechtlichen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem medizinischen Team
- Unterstützung funktionsübergreifender Omnichannel-Projekte wie Kampagnen zur Aufklärung über Krankheiten in den sozialen Medien
- Kommunikation und Management von externen Agenturen und Anbietern sowie Verwaltung des Werbematerial-Webshops
- Interaktion und Unterstützung der Vertriebsteams in Bezug auf Werbematerialien
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für Biogen-Services wie Biogenlinc (HCP-Website) und Patienten-Apps (Cleo) sowie Mitgestaltung des Kongressauftritts von Biogen bei medizinischen Kongressen.

Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Marketing und Produktmanagement und sind begierig darauf, in einem innovativen, praxisorientierten Umfeld zu lernen und zu wachsen. Sie sind ein aufgeschlossener, selbstbewusster Teamplayer (m/w/d) und möchten Erfahrungen aus erster Hand mit erfahrenen Mitarbeitern sammeln.

**Qualifications**:

- Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches, medizinisches und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium auf Bachelor/ oder Masterebene
- Idealerweise erste einschlägige (digitale) Marketingerfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, die durch Praktika oder Ähnliches gesammelt wurde
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, erste Erfahrungen im Marketing und/oder im digitalen Marketing
- Verlässlichkeit, Disziplin und Bereitschaft zur Eigeninitiative
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, zu lernen und sich von Führungskräften coachen zu lassen
- Agilität, um verschiedene Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Bereitschaft zu praktischer Arbeit
- Klare und effiziente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Feedback zu geben und zu erhalten
- Beherrschung der Englischen und Deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift ist eine Bedingung.

Mindestjahresbruttogehalt von 55.000,00 €, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung
