Join us on our journey.**Group Product Owner for Unified Design System (UDS) - MB apps (f/m/x)**:

- To support our mission to build a
- **digital bank with human touch **, we are looking for a professional with strong MB apps design & research track record, who will take the responsibility of the Group Product Owner for our design system for MB apps. UDS is a collaborative platform with a repository of design components and visual language stemming from brand to enable RBI network banks, PaaS product teams to design better, faster, and cost-efficient mobile apps for our fast-growing universe of MB apps users and empower us to compete with top-tier players in our markets, including neo-banks.
- Scalability and consistency are core attributes of UDS, and one of the key goals is to enable product teams to get more time for user testing and research in their new apps development journeys and build a strong community around UX/UI design.
- In this role you are part of Customer Experience (CX) & Design team in Vienna, and work with a dedicated team to deliver UDS. You partner with PaaS Group Product Owners, local Product Owners for MB apps and their teams, front-end development team, CX & design team and Retail Transformation team members.

- You will become the owner of UDS which includes apart from the product also the target operating model - financials, governance, resources
- You will ensure a high level of reusability for design components, optimizing for innovation and time-to-market
- You will represent the stakeholders at all levels and have the mandate to prioritise scope (functions/features) on behalf of the business and thus effect the overall business result
- You will be responsible for managing the product backlog
- You will create a strong UX/UI community and foster user-centricity culture

**What are the “musts”?**
- Extensive experience in MB apps design doubled by good use of UX research, and proven track record in user-centricity
- A creative approach that strives for value creation for customers, for employees and business backed by good entrepreneurial sense
- Ability to transform complex challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence
- You are a great communicator and know how to interpret data on different levels, adjusted to the audience so that it is understandable and appealing
- Depth in at least one practice area: UX/UI design, product ownership role, research, digital banking leadership
