As Head of Delivery you will be part of our leadership team and reporting to the VP of the Tower Business Line. You will be accountable for the whole Tower project portfolio and you will ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also work closely with other departments, entities, and regions to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery team in the planning, execution, and successful completion of global projects for the Tower Business Line and in collaboration with the group-wide delivery teams
- Take ownership of the consolidated revenue and gross margin in the Business Line’s P&L
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery performance
- Team up with the regional deliveries teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects worldwide
- Foster a positive team culture and promote collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing

**Skills Required**:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is min. EUR 5.303;
- gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is benchmarked & aligned with personal profile and seniority level.
