The worldwide active pump division of the Andritz Group seeks a person to drive the digitalization of its business.
In the first step, we need to complete the digitally supported optimization of the business processes. This includes the entire process map of the division, enhancing a CRM System, an automated pump configuration system, an order execution system, an engineering database (Siemens Teamcenter), a spare parts catalogue, and finally the SAP system, covering mostly tasks related to material and project management. The composition of the business units with a not yet fully harmonized or integrated IT architecture adds a caveat to this challenging task.
Besides the business unit’s internal IT processes, Digitalization covers the interaction with our customers, suppliers and business partners and the advancement of Industry 4.0 / Industrial Internet of Things on product level. We have realized some promising steps in this direction and look forward to developing and implementing a strategy for the years ahead.
The Head of Digitalization can rely on an own team of experts within the business unit, but also on the broad support in the Andritz Group, especially the IT Department and the Automation Unit. Many business processes are realized in proprietary Andritz software, which is adapted for the individual needs of the Pump Division.

**Please find below a general description systems and your tasks**:

- Digital integration of legal entity. Merge all existing business systems into ANDRITZ standard systems.
- Migration management for PLM, CRM, CPQ and ERP systems.
- Implementation of all aspects of new IT map and transitional harmonization strategy for pumps division.
- Solution architecture to ensure lean automatized data flow through from product inquiry to remittance.
- Sales (CRM/CPQ): Continuous improvement of CRM platform, incl. Opportunity, CPQ, Installed Base, etc.
- Establishment of unified Configurators (Pump Sizing, Product Pricing and BOM generation): Establishment of Pricing/Cost Calculation logic, including planned cost logic for ERP. Establishment of digital handover processes from Sales to Order Execution.
- Order Execution: Systems Engineering and Delivery Management for Order Execution Tools linking CRM, PLM, and ERP. Process Automation.
- Service: Systems Engineering, implementation, and administration of Spare Parts Shop. Generation of installed base. Fleet overview for service, and automatic generation of reference lists.
- Interface management and general automation of data transfers between databases.

**Requirements for this position**:

- Education: bachelor or master’s degree in information technology, economics or similar
- Work Experience: Multiple Years in Management Position in IT Environment; SAP, Experience in Production environment or Pump Business is helpful
- Personality: Team worker, Makes Things happen, Analytical
- Language: German, English

We are legally obligated to quote the collective agreement minimum salary of gross
€ 3.542,60 / month for 38.5 hours for this position
