We are currently seeking an experienced **Business Process Manager**.
**About the Role**
We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our exciting team. Ideally, we are seeking someone located near one of our offices (Munich, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Graz, Warsaw) who is interested in working in a hybrid environment. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously improving our process landscape.

The FIS Banking Solutions Client Experience team is a group of motivated industry experts dedicated to the success of our clients. **What You Will Do**
- Lead process design and modeling in accordance with ITIL, considering regulatory requirements such as MaRisk / BAIT / DORA and process efficiency.
- Ensure process quality through process monitoring, controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive continuous process improvement, including the definition, implementation, and acceptance of process automations.
- Train and advise operational units on processes.
- Act as the single point of contact for process audits and coordinate any input from other teams.
**What You Bring**
- Successful completion of a degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent professional experience in the field.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to understand complex technical processes.
- A continuous learning mindset and ability to independently dive into new topics.
- Several years of experience in IT process management and knowledge of ITIL. Experience in business continuity management and regulatory compliance is desirable.
- Structured work approach, solution-oriented thinking and action, as well as strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Strong social skills, communication, and presentation skills complement your profile.
