For our HR Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

**Shared HR Lead - member of Strategy and Innovation Team (50-100%)**:
At OMICRON our HR activities are led by a four-member Strategy Team, dedicated to constantly drive change and innovation inside HR and beyond.

**What's it all about?**

Your job as a member of this HR Strategy Team will be:

- Together with your HR Strategy Team colleagues you are responsible for the international HR processes and jointly lead a strong, diverse and innovative HR Team in a flat hierarchy system.
- As a team you work out and execute a comprehensive multi-year HR strategy in close alignment and consultation with your internal customers.
- Within the HR Strategy Team you are responsible for a dedicated focus topic. Depending on your interest and background, this could be either the area of “talent attraction & new work” or “personnel development & culture”.
- With a strategic mindset and together with other stakeholders you initiate measures and drive changes in your area.
- In your focus area you ensure that the required competencies are available and that the defined services are offered at high quality.
- You maintain and strengthen the links to internal and external stakeholders, in particular the business drivers, management teams and process managers.
- In order to form a strong HR Strategy Team, but also to get to know the HR team, processes and operations in Austria better, you will be based in Klaus/Austria for at least the first year. Afterwards there is the possibility to be based at and work from one of the other OMICRON offices worldwide.

**Was bringst du mit?**
- You have a degree in business management, organization studies, psychology or in a similar area, ideally with focus on human resources, change management or organizational culture and values.
- During your multiple year work experience you have developed a profound expertise in the topic “talent attraction & new work” and/or “personnel development & culture”, ideally including leadership and project management skills.
- You possess a strong strategic mindset and are used to strategic work and approaches.
- You feel comfortable in an international working environment; you are a communicative, proactive person with a talent to inspire people, both in English and German.
- You are a true team player; you appreciate the high value and opportunity, but also respect the challenges that are associated with a four-person leadership team.
