As Live & Emerging Media Trainee you’ll focus on helping the Live and the Emerging Media departments to stay agile and continue to drive innovative projects next to the day-to-day business. Questioning the status quo to constantly keep improving Red Bull’s content productions will be your key responsibility.

**SHAPING THE FUTURE OF LIVE SPORTS COVERAGE**

In this role, you’ll reflect the next generation attributes, habits and characteristics and push to being an early adopter of new media & technologies. To do so, you’ll join media & tech conferences to scout potential solutions for future content production and support with research tasks. On a daily basis, you’ll plan, manage, monitor and control the execution of all relevant aspects of a project and evaluate feasibility tests based on running R&D projects.

**BUT ALSO, ON THE GROUNDWORK**

As a trainee in the team, you’ll support cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful alignments across Red Bull. This include supporting the internal communication to transfer insights into the company (project reports etc.) as well as building up knowledge on various tasks and systems of all areas. You’ll also be enable to take ownership of smaller productions.

**Qualifications**:
Proven excellence in your academic life

First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)

“can do” mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

A curious mind with a strong capacity to dive deeper into topics

Interest for TV and Live TV

**Additional Information**:
Education

Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)

Language

Fluency in English, German is a plus
