Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ehestmöglich eine*n engagierte*n Buchhalter*in.

Das Arbeitsverhältnis ist auf 12 Monate befristet. Im Anschluss kann im beiderseitigen Einvernehmen eine Verlängerung des Dienstverhältnisses erfolgen.

**Dauer der Befristung**: 12 Monat/e
**Beschäftigungsausmaß**: 30 Stunden/Woche.
Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: -54 VwGr. IIIa
Darüber hinaus können anrechenbare Berufserfahrungen die Einstufung und damit das Entgelt bestimmen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verbuchung des elektronischen Kontoauszugs und Durchführung von Einziehungsaufträgen
- Abstimmung von Debitoren-/Kreditoren
- und Verrechnungskonten sowie der Online-Schnittstellen
- Erstellung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Durchführung von Kundenmahnungen
- Bearbeitung des elektronischen Rechnungseingangsbuchs und Workflows
- Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Kostenersätzen und Abrechnungen sowie der Kassen
- Unterstützung bei der Buchhaltung von Beteiligungsunternehmen der Universität Wien
- Ansprechpartner*in für Kund*innen und die Einrichtungen der Universität Wien in Buchhaltungssachfragen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA)
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung
- Guter Umgang mit IT-Lösungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung (SAP FI, DVO, MS Office)
- Analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgezeichnete Zahlenaffinität
- Hohe Lern
- und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständiger und genauer Arbeitsstil
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Teamorientierung
