**Marketing Activation Manager (m/w/d)**

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n **Marketing Activation Manager**:

- Vollzeit und unbefristet.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Arbeitet mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um Vertriebs
- und Marketingaktivitäten zu synchronisieren und am POS des Kunden durchzuführen
- Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung von ganzheitlichen oder kundenindividuellen Marketingaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Sales Manager
- Nutzung der gewonnenen Kanal
- bzw. Kundenkenntnis, um dem lokalen Brand Manager bzw. globalen Marketing relevante Informationen zu Verfügung zu stellen
- Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Marketingplänen und Ausführung in Abstimmung mit dem Brand Manager für die zuständigen Marken
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Medienplänen, deren Ausführung und die Nachverfolgung von KPIs.
- Überwachung und Einhaltung des vorgegebenen A&P Budgets
- BTB-, BTC- und BTBTC-Marketing
- und Medienexperte für die Kanäle Gesundheit und Medizin
- Unterstützung der Kunden Trainings in Übereinstimmung mit den globalen Richtlinien und Nutzung von globalen und lokalen Materialien
- Steuerung des Marketingbetriebs und der Vertriebsunterstützung (z. B. Sampling, POS-Produktion, Website-Übersetzung)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium in “Business Administration” oder Vergleichbares
- Erste bereits gesammelte Erfahrungen im Marketing (ca. 3-5 Jahre)
- bevorzugte Branche: Medizinprodukte, Pharma oder FMCG.
- Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch, zusätzliche andere Sprachen von Vorteil (z.B. Französisch)
- PC-Erfahrungen mit Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, CRM-System, SAP
- Erfahrungen in Präsentationstechnik und im Projektmanagement
- Strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Entrepreneurial Spirit und ökonomische Herangehensweise
- Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und Stressresistenz
- Reisebereitschaft ins Ausland

**Am Standort Wien kommt der Handelskollektivvertrag zur Anwendung. Die Position ist laut KV mit einem jährlichen Mindestgehalt von ca. 50.000 EUR brutto **(Basis 38,5 h/ Woche) **dotiert. Wir bringen die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung mit. - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.**:
