Project Manager Logistics (f/m/x)

- ‎- Anton Paar ist ein weltweit renommierter Hersteller von hochpräzisen Labormessgeräten mit hoher Entwicklungs
- und Fertigungstiefe. Damit die unternehmensinterne Materialversorgung funktioniert braucht es ebenfalls eine gute Logistik für die Organisation des Wareneigangs von externem Material bzw. eine ordnungsgemäße Lagerverwaltung. Für die Erweiterung unseres Logistik-Teams suchen wir eine Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen Mitarbeiter mit Organisationstalent und Selbstverantwortung.***Aufgabenbereich**:

- Projektleitung für die Einführung eines neuen Logistiksystems am Standort
- Berichten von Projektfortschritten an das Management und den internen Projektauftraggebern
- Effizienzsteigerungen der Prozesse in der Lager-Logistik
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Erreichung der Projektziele sowie Erarbeiten der Projektpläne (Zeit, Kosten, Ressourcen, Struktur)
- Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams (Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Projektteam und externen Lieferanten)
- Bindeglied zwischen den Bereichen Logistik und Prozessmanagement
- Projektcontrolling
- Präsentationen vor dem Management und Entscheidungsaufbereitung

***Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Logistik (HTL, FH, Uni)
- Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Logistikprojekten von Vorteil
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (Module MM, WM, EWM)
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und analytisches Denken
- Eigenständige, methodische, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke praktische ("Hands-On") Orientierung
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Projektmanagementzertifizierung nach PMI oder IPMA von Vorteil

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab, üblicherweise bewegt es sich für die ausgeschriebene Stelle im Bereich von €3,200.00 bis €4,200.00 (brutto/Monat, ohne Überstunden).
