**Your Responsibilities**:
Are you a talented designer with a keen eye for detail? Do you aspire to create beautiful products that are a joy to use? Then you’re in the right place. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll be working with our product and development teams to create stunning interfaces and innovative user flows. You will iterate and improve on the user experience of our award-winning web and mobile apps. Additionally, you will coach and mentor other designers.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **7+ years' experience. **You have at least seven years experience designing UI and UX for web apps, ideally productivity SaaS tools.
- ** Digital design proficiency. **You are proficient in Figma, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite and use these tools for creating prototypes and flawless interface designs.
- ** Core technology skills. **Familiarity with web coding technologies such as CSS, HTML and JS is a plus.
- ** Research skills.** You conduct user research and solution validation independently and incorporate these insights into your designs.
- ** Creative eye. **You have a natural flair for exceptional design and typography.
- ** Industry know-how.** You have a demonstrable interest in modern design approaches and are up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies.
- ** Problem-solving aptitude.** You have a flair for finding creative solutions to complex problems, trying out multiple approaches along the way. You keep both the big picture and the smallest detail in mind.
- ** User focus. **You champion the user experience. You know what the user wants before they know they want it.
- ** Knack for communication. **You can get your point across clearly and articulately and take input from others on board. You are comfortable giving and receiving honest and direct feedback.
- ** Coaching skills.** You take pride in mentoring, upskilling and coaching others in your team.
- ** Visionary mindset. **You are able to work within established design guidelines to bring the Meister vision to life.
- ** Language skills.** You have excellent written and spoken English which you use to draft exceptional UX copy within your designs.
