**AUFGABENGEBIET**:

- **Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung **sowie Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams der Arbeitsvorbereitung
- **Definition,** **Entwicklung und Verbesserung** von Arbeitsvorbereitungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung des **reibungslosen Ablaufes **in der Produktion durch engen Austausch mit den Nahtstellenpartnern (Einkauf, Produktion, Technik, Vertrieb)
- Enge **Zusammenarbeit** bei „Make or Buy“-Entscheidungen mit dem Einkauf
- Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsplänen für die Fertigung

**ANFORDERUNGEN**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der **Arbeitsvorbereitung bzw. Produktionsplanung**:

- Erfahrung als **TeamleiterIn**:

- Unternehmerisches Denken über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Stressresistenz, IT-Affinität, prozessorientiertes Denken und Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich als Person aus.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Gute **Englischkenntnisse**
