**To support our Corporate HR Team located in our Headquarters in Vienna, we are offering the following position**:
**HR Intern (f/m/d)**

**6 month, ideally full-time (25h or more)**

Your Tasks
- Support with the coordination and roll out of functional descriptions and/or job families at the Head Office
- Operative assistance in projects (communication with other departments, close collaboration with HR colleagues in order to delivering data, preparing meeting minutes, sending reminder to contact persons, plausibility checks, coordination appointments, etc.)
- Digitalization of Data/Documents, Cleaning up digital files
- Assist team members with various HR projects

Your Profile
- University student with a focus on human resources, economics or similar education (strong interest in HR topics)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), especially MS Excel
- Good command in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently after a comprehensive training period
- Good data analyzing skills, Attention to details and interest for data research
- Well-structured and solution-focused work attitude with high level of Flexibility
- Hands-on mentality, proactive approach
- Empathy for team dynamics and communication

Our Offer

An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you. The monthly gross salary amounts to € 2.028;
- gross for a local contract (full-time). We offer market conform remuneration depending on experience and qualification, besides attractive employee benefits.
