Participating in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.- Assisting in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of ERP systems.- Involvement in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices.- Supporting IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.**Location**

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.**Experience**
- Previous experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.**Required skills and competencies**
- Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.- Strong analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Good English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues.- Work permit in Austria required.- ILF Consulting Engineers Austria GmbH
