ERP Technician

**Job description**:
- Participating in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.
- Assisting in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of ERP systems.
- Involvement in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices.
- Supporting IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualification**:
**Language**
- English
- German
**Education**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Experience**
- Previous experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.
**Required skills and competencies**
- Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues.
- Work permit in Austria required.
