We are looking for a **Sustainability Manager **(M/F/d) to join our **Communcations and Marketing Team** in **Graz**, **Vienna **or **Raaba**.

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager with a strong background in sustainability management in an international environment and a deep understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory developments. In this position, you will be responsible for further developing our ESG framework and ensuring internal and external sustainability reporting. You will report to the VP, Head of Communications and Marketing and preferably be located in Graz, Austria or any other major ANDRITZ location in Europe.

**Your Tasks**
- Drive implementation, follow-up and reporting of our sustainability program We Care
- Work on the non-financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards and regulations (e.g. GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
- Analyze and fill out ESG ratings (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP, CSA)
- Lead and support sustainability projects
- Answer requests from internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors and rating agencies
- Work on ESG communication material to promote the organization's sustainability initiatives and achievements
- Foster a culture of sustainability by engaging employees and developing sustainability training programs
- Stay updated about emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of work experience in managing sustainability in an international company
- Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives
- Experience in company and product carbon footprint calculation
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with knowledge of German being an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 6.400 for this position on an all-in basis.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
