Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) Forderungsmanagement

Aufgabenbereich:

- Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Umsatzziele im PI Bestandsgeschäft (P+L Verantwortung)
- Erstellung des täglichen und monatlichen PI Reportings (Operationscontrolling)
- Analysen zur Unterstützung der operativen Bearbeitung (Listen)
- Tägliche Abweichungs
- und Veränderungsanalysen um die Performance stetig zu verbessern
- Erstellung des Jahresforecasts für PI Bestandsportfolien
- Portfoliobereinigungen (Abschluss unrentabler/verjährter Fälle)
- Gezielte Analysen um Potentiale im Bestand zu entdecken und gezielte Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Bearbeitung an Operations
- Workflow Review bzw. Vorgabe von Workflows in Verbindung und Absprache mit dem Servicer
- Abstimmungen mit der Intrum Group (Group Portfoliomanagement) zur Verbesserung der Performance im Sinne des Investors

Anforderungsprofil:

- Fachkompetenz:_
- abgeschlossenes mathematisch-naturwissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare am Finanzmarkt orientierte Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse des deutschen und/oder österreichischen Inkassomarktes wünschenswert
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel)
- kompetente Sprachverwendung Deutsch (C1, C2)
- selbstständige Sprachverwendung Englisch (B1, B2)
- Persönlichkeitskompetenz:_
- analytisch-konzeptionelles Denken und sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- selbständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Verständnis für die Struktur sowie die Verwendung der wirtschaftlichen Daten, die mit dem Geschäftsmodell in Zusammenhang stehen
- Teamorientierung, Flexibilität und Kreativität
- hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
