**About the job**

In this role as Sales Manager for Minerals you will be responsible for selling SRM (secondary raw materials) in different markets like Refractories and Cement. Main activities are related to new customers acquisition, customer portfolio diversification, ensure business profitability and meet our KPI’s aligned with our strategy. The job requires a close working with internal and external stakeholders in order to keep a sustainable business growth.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Establish sustainable relationship with our customers
- Sales forecasting and demand planning & management of receivables
- Contract negotiation
- Analyzing and developing new market opportunities
- Travelling to customers as well as suitable trade fairs

**About You**

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. A university degree in business or engineering
