Responsibility for the efficient and cost-effective administration, operations, and monitoring of local supply chain
- Issuing of shipment documents and credit memos for Austria and CEE markets
- In collaboration with central supply chain team, responsibility for proper management of inventory to ensure stock availability and suitable Working Capital & avoiding Write-Off’s at the same time.
- Provide key inputs for Out-of-stock reporting and maintain the availability report.
- Responsible person for requesting import licences for Narcotics
- ARA,Intrastat and Month End Reporting

Management of internal/external Partners
- Manage relationship with 3PL for all supply chain activities
- Responsible for management of local suppliers (demand planning, PO placement, delivery, invoicing)
- Strong collaboration with all departments (primarily commercial, Finance, Quality) and provide updates during the operations meeting
- Inform 3PL of incoming goods and ensure accurate purchasing

Cluster activities
- Holiday cover for other markets
- Seek process alignment and improvement in the cluster

Additional Job Description:

- University Degree in Supply chain, Economics or Business or a comparable education
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality and agile
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Proactivity and willingness to drive change
- Excellent written and spoken English, German and other Easten European Language advantageous
- Team orientation, structured working approach and detail orientated.
- Strong IT skills, and excellent understanding of ERP (Navision/SAP), MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills Business oriented, customer centric and highly motivated to serve our customers and patients
