The Finance team is an internal service provider that supports Sportradar's fast growth by ensuring a solid and secure foundation. Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar, we are looking for a Manager, Finance Projects to prepare and coordinate financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, as well as lead post acquisition financial integrations. The role will also be focused on initial accounting for business combinations (purchase price allocation) and impairment testing, while ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal financial reporting in the execution of those responsibilities.

The Manager, Finance Projects will report to the Head of Central FP&A and will work closely together with all finance functions, as well as the operational business leaders, on a day-to-day basis.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Lead financial due diligence processes
- Creation of internal presentation materials
- Financial statement analysis, with wide variety of target complexities
- Financial modeling and development of target projection model
- Implement and maintain financial processes for accounting, FP&A, treasury and tax as part of the post acquisition integration
- Prepare annual goodwill impairment test and support impairment reviews on a quarterly basis
- Ad-hoc duties as needed

YOUR PROFILE:

- Certified Financial Accountant or university degree; emphasis on corporate finance/valuation would be a plus
- 2-3 years experience in transaction advisory services (or similar) for internationally known advisory/audit companies
- Experience working in decentralized organizations, ideally as part of international groups
- Expertise in common valuation techniques (DCF etc) and IFRS accounting standards
- MS Office skills, high excel proficiency
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and solution-based thinking
- Intrinsic motivation to deliver top-class results

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and work experience.
