**Junior Project Manager, Finance Transformation**(m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Junior Projektmanager:in unterstützen sie unser Team bei spannenden Projekten im Finance-Bereich.
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination diverser Projektmanagementaufgaben und bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachbereichen und externen Beratern.
- Sie sind bei der Erhebung, Strukturierung, Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Anforderungen involviert.
- Als fachlicher Projektmanager begleiten und forcieren sie Transformationsprojekte mit starkem Fokus auf die operative Umsetzung.

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni, FH), im Idealfall Zusatzausbildungen im Bereich Bilanzierung und/oder Meldewesen.
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder Erfahrung in der Bankenprüfung einer Big4 Kanzlei oder in der Unternehmensberatung.
- Gute Bilanzierungskenntnisse (UGB / BWG / IFRS) sind eine gute Basis. Kenntnisse der europäischen Regelungen im Bankenaufsichtsrecht sind ein großer Vorteil.
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel und PPT. SAP Kenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus.
- Sie lösen gerne strukturiert und zielorientiert Aufgaben und bringen eine proaktive Arbeitsweise und sehr hohe Eigenmotivation mit ins Team ein.

In Übereinstimmung mit dem Kollektivvertrag für Bankangestellte und Bankiers stellen wir eine Vergütung sicher, die den Marktstandards entspricht und an Ihre Erfahrung und Qualifikationen angepasst ist. Gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag beginnt das Gehalt für diese Position bei 3.500 Euro.
