**Job Description**:

- Technical management as well as responsibility for the performance and competitiveness of the team
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the project goals (costs, planning, technical) in the department
- Capacity planning in coordination with the department management
- Recruitment and development of employees with regard to professional qualifications (further training, seminars, result discussions, etc.)
- Design of knowledge management within the team
- Ensuring cross-departmental cooperation internally and externally with other locations
- Participation in tendering and acquisition of development projects

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace, materials science, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in design (CAD) and FE analysis activities
- Proactive, independent way of working as well as high level of commitment and flexibility
- Organizing ability as well as high sense of responsibility
- Ability to link theoretical analysis results to practical design decisions
- Teamwork, self-employment, and the ability to form and manage multidisciplinary teams at the project level
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Purposefulness, assertiveness and communication skills

**Additional Information**:
For this position the monthly gross salary is starting at € 4.400;
- depending on specific work experience an overpayment is applicable.
