**Scrum Master for Retail Customer Engagement Tribe (f/m/x)**:

- As the Retail Customer Engagement Tribe, we have implemented a group-wide platform to help us better understand the needs of our customers and address them more individually. We offer our network banks various services which they can use as a "product as a service" and are centrally hosted in a cloud. Meanwhile, we offer a range of 6 different products, and both the portfolio and our team are constantly growing.
- As a Scrum Master you come with the right agile mindset. You welcome a learning organization and continuous development of yourself and the teams you are responsible for. Your duty is to guide and take care of cross-functional agile teams consisting of team members from Head Office and Network Units, helping them to improve their way to a self-organization and drive their productivity by using the right metrics. You are the role model and stick to the agile way of working. Furthermore, you coach the teams and share your knowledge with the team members and other Scrum Masters in the ceremonies or/and attend Community of Practices and Guild appointments.**What you can expect**:

- Coach the team, tribe and whole organization in agile methodologies
- Accountable for building and maintaining a high performing team
- Responsible for anticipating and removing obstacles and impediments in order to enable the team to perform
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with the Team and Product Owner and coordinate the daily standups with the team
- Support and guide the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
- Manages social aspects at team level
- Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance
- Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
- Be an ambassador and role model for leadership, transparency and visibility for the Product Development organization
- Aligns and shares best practices of agile principles and methods throughout the organization and works closely with Agile Coach and other SCM in building the Community of Practice

**What you bring to the table**:

- Proven track record as Scrum Master, preferably in a cross-functional remote environment with a startup culture
- Experience in agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint)
- High level of communication, presentation and conflict resolution skills
- Open-minded and engaged view for change and continuous development
- Understanding of software development and lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of banking products and business processes desired. Willingness to deepen this knowledge
- Agile certifications are an advantage (Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
- Fluent knowledge of English; German and/or other CEE languages are a plus
