**Experienced Scrum Master for ESG & Data Quality (f/m/x)**:

**Your mission at RBI**:
- Act as Scrum Master of 2 teams and coach 2 additional Product Owners with their near-shoring teams
- Increase the level of agile maturity in your teams and the tribe
- Focus on the team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team and their responsibilities
- Define agile metrics to improve process efficiency in the team (Burn-down chart, Velocity, progress tracking)
- Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
- Work with other Scrum Masters to improve agile methodology in our area. (“Scrum master chapter”)
***Your core competencies**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in large environments
- Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholders from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
- Experience agile methods in a corporate set up, in the area of facilitation and conflict resolution
- Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Sound English skills to collaborate with the CEE units
