**Experienced Scrum Master for Finance Implementation Initiative (f/m/x)**:
- We are looking for a SCRUM Master in the area of Finance. You are convinced about agile mindset and methodology. You are motivated by building a high-performing team and supporting them to become more self organized. If you have worked in Scrum teams, you know what this is all about, but here are the specifics:
**What you can expect**:
- Coach the team and tribe in agile methodologies
- Accountable for building and maintaining a high performing team
- Responsible for anticipating and removing obstacles and impediments in order to enable the team to perform
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with the Team and Product Owner and coordinate the daily standups with the team
- Support and guide the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
- Support with tracking of team/tribe-budget & senior management communication/transparency
- Manages social aspects at team level
- Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance, be a role model for transparency and agile values
- Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
**What you bring to the table**:
- Your qualification for this job is the ability to 'Make Things Happen' and hands on
- Your objective is to support the team towards the product goal
- Having a track-record in working with agile team, ideally in a Finance (Accounting, Controlling) environment
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
- Having experience in agile transformation on team level
- Result driven, analytical skills, data orientation
- English is working language. German as a plus
