Join us on our journey. **Experienced Scrum Master for Core Banking (f/m/x)**: - The Core Banking Systems (CBS) department is responsible for the continuous improvement of the RBI Core Banking IT solutions, the heart of our IT landscape We are looking for a SCRUM Master in the CBS tribe organization for our Austrian business. As a "Scrum Master" you are convinced of agile software development methods. You accompany the Scrum Software Engineering teams, promote their self-organization and help in the further development of the agile methods and principles.**What you can expect**: - Plan and facilitate standups, reviews and retrospectives with the team and the product owner. - Organize and lead backlog refinement meetings - Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving the set objectives - Lead and participate in the decision-making process / conflict resolution process - Establish and monitor agile values and principles in the team and throughout the organization - Define and refine agile metrics to understand and communicate team performance - Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to continuously improve Scrum process and team performance - Coordinate communication with stakeholders of the product - Coordinate and assist with the release process **What you bring to the table**: - Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in different teams - Ability to 'Make Things Happen' and hands on - Excellent communication skills - Excellent conflict resolution skills - Excellent knowledge of Lean & Agile software development practices and methodologies - Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams - English - level C1, German is an advantage **What we offer**: - You’ll work in an international team at a leading bank - You’ll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balance - You’ll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional development - You’ll earn an appropriate salary starting at 60.000; - gross p.a. including overtime RBI AG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
