Als Head of Group Accounting koordinieren und führen Sie den Accounting-Bereich des Headquarters sowie der Affiliates.
- Fachliche Steuerung zweier Accounting-Teams (national und international ca. 15 Mitarbeiter:innen)
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse für die Gruppe (UGB und IFRS)
- Überprüfung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems sowie Optimierung der Rechnungswesenprozesse
- Zuständigkeit für Bilanzierungsfragen der operativen Geschäftseinheiten inkl. Prüfung von komplexen Verträgen/Transaktionen
- Kontaktperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Behörden und interne Revision
- Kooperation mit den Führungskräften der Unternehmensgruppe

**Sie bieten**
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise Uni/FH)
- langjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen / Accounting (idealerweise im Industriebereich / Wirtschaftsprüfung)
- fundierte IFRS-Kenntnisse (inkl. Zertfikat)
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- ausgeprägte Führungserfahrung sowie Entscheidungskompetenz
- Gestaltungswille, ganzheitliches Denken, Lösungsorientierung
- hohe Prozessorientierung sowie Interesse für Digitalisierung
