**Your**
**responsibilities**
**- This includes the freshest local products, but also authentic food from across Europe uniquely available at Rohlik - the sweetest citrus from Iberia, original delicatessen from Italy, haute cuisine from France. The Head of International Dry & Non-Food Sourcing owns the Rohlik Group-wide international sourcing across ambient and non-food product groups.-
- The Head of International Dry & Non-Food will furthermore be expected to conceptualise and implement scalable processes to increase collaboration with local markets and drive commercial excellence across our countries. Project management experience or a general ability to translate high level visions into tangible processes will therefore be an asset.**What we expect from you**

**- Great leadership skills and ability to deliver results across international markets
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
- Flexibility in finding solutions paired with drive to execute them
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environment and independently identify and drive the best path forward
- Previous experience in food retail would be an advantage
- Ability to build new relationships, build on existing ones
