**Assistant to Group Head of Institutional Clients (f/m/x)**:

**Your mission at RBI**:
- Keep an eye on the fully booked calendar of the division head and manage it independently.
- Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Support the entire division in organizational matters and ensure smooth workflows.
- Coordinate your manager's business trips, including bookings and financial settlements.
- Support your manager with assistant duties, including the preparation of data and documents (e.g. presentations, documents for various meetings).
- Act as an effective communication interface to the respective internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the relevant systems used in RBI (Sharepoint, Webdesk, Orbit, Copernicus, etc.).
***Your core competencies**:
- Completed (commercial) education or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle tasks independently
- High motivation and initiative to proactively tackle challenges
- Stress resistance and flexibility to work efficiently even in hectic times
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal), German language is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills
