**Head of ESG** **(m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten ESG-Strategie über rein regulatorische Anforderungen hinaus mit Fokus auf die Gesamtpositionierung der KA-Gruppe (inkl. Asset Manager, Immobiliengesellschaft, Equity-Development Gesellschaften sowie Infrastruktur Debt Fund Plattform)
- Bankweite Steuerung der ESG-Plattform sowie zentraler Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche
- Konzeptionierung und Evaluierung von Initiativen in den Bereichen ESG Rating, Impact Measurement, ESG Reporting, Green Finance, ESG Communication
- Implementierung und lfd. Anpassung der ESG-Strategie
- Sparring-Partner im Dialog mit Vorständen und internen/externen Stakeholdern (ESG Rating Agenturen)

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung bzw. Programm Management Erfahrung in einer internationalen Bank oder einem Financial Services Beratungsunternehmen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Bankindustrie (Markt/Marktfolge/Strategie/Regulatorik)
- Umfassendes ESG Know-How (EU Taxonomie, CSRD und SFDR)
- Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vgl. Studium (Sustainable Finance, o.ä.)
- Motiviert einen Veränderungsprozess hands-on zu gestalten und an Konzeption bis Implementierung mitzuwirken
- Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Konzeptionelle Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweisen sowie hohe Leistungs
- und Ergebnisorientierung (hohe Belastbarkeit und Resilienz)

Laut Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Banken und Bankiers beträgt das Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position EUR 4.231,02.
