**Job Description**:
In our head office in the centre of Vienna, we try to support our colleagues in all our locations in the best possible way. Not only do we stand for all-embracing, innovative products to our customers, but we also live a high service orientation among ourselves.
- You will be a dedicated Reporting Specialist working closely together with our Global Business units (such as in the US, Turkey, and Germany) to collect and analyze financial and non-financial data
- You will contribute to the DO&CO Sustainability strategy, designing standardized reporting processes for groupwide ESG data
- Create Sustainability reports according to ESRS and EU Taxonomy regulations
- Stay informed of the latest EU regulatory requirements, while also exploring International requirements across our 30 production units
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement an ESG reporting tool
- Irregular travel to international units (travel amount is around 10%, but can be more depending on personal preference)

**Qualifications**:
**We are looking for someone who...**
- is passionate and has an eye for detail
- You have a global mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic work environment
- has a good understanding of financial and non-financial reporting requirements - must-have
- has experience dealing with quantitative and qualitative analyses required by the ESRS and EU Taxonomy - must have
- has analyzed and written Sustainability Reports in the past, ideally following frameworks such as SASB, TCFD, or CDP
- has a curious mind and enjoys exploring ESG Risk Management tasks
- has a passion for sustainability and talking to stakeholders to solve problems and find solutions
- has a high level of professional English (German and other languages is a plus)
