**About Your Role**- As Group ESG Specialist, you drive Addiko Bank’s sustainability agenda forward, by leasing sustainability reporting efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards such as CSRD/ESRS and the EU Taxonomy, while actively shaping the bank’s environmental stewardship strategy- You are responsible for meticulous ESG data collection, including greenhouse gas emissions, conducting comprehensive climate risk analysis, and scenario calculations to assess potential impacts- You support with overseeing the development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices- The coordination and direction of ESG activities across Addiko Group falls under your governance, with the aim to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to sustainability reporting, including conducting impactful training sessions and workshops- You provide guidance and expertise on sustainability-related matters to senior management and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of sustainability, responsible business practices, and support, with you monitoring and evaluating ESG performance metrics and targets

**Is This You?**- You possess a robust understanding of regulatory frameworks like CSRD, ESRS, and the EU Taxonomy to seamlessly integrate sustainability initiatives with legal and industry standards- Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar role within the financial industry- You enjoy analyzing and interpreting data with precision- You demonstrate proficiency in project management- You are fluent in English and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing- You thrive in a team environment, showcasing a collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
