**Your **responsibilities**
**Role Overview**:

- Group ESG Specialist will lead Rohlik Group's efforts to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of our business. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies that enhance our environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and corporate governance. This leadership role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG principles that align with our corporate values and business objectives.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the ESG strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision, operational goals, and regulatory requirements.-
- Lead the integration of ESG factors into investment decisions, business operations, and supply chain management.-
- Monitor and report on ESG performance, trends, and compliance issues, providing actionable insights to senior management.-
- Engage with internal teams to embed ESG considerations into product development, marketing, and other business functions.-
- Represent Rohlik Group in external forums, working groups, and partnerships related to ESG issues.-
- Manage stakeholder communications, including reporting on ESG initiatives and performance to investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.-
- Stay abreast of global ESG trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to keep Rohlik Group at the forefront of sustainability and responsible business practices.**
**Your **experience**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, or a related field.-
- Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field-
- Deep understanding of ESG reporting standards, sustainable business practices, and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.-
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and trends into strategic recommendations.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.-
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.**
