**Nun gelangt die Rolle nach einem/r „Head of Pricing“ zur Besetzung, in der Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steigerung der Rentabilität und des strategischen Wachstums durch die Überwachung und Umsetzung dynamischer Preisstrategien spielen. Sie stehen an vorderster Front, bei der Sie die Preislandschaft des Unternehmens gestalten, für die Einhaltung von Vorschriften sorgen und eine Kultur der Innovation fördern.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Preisstrategie
- Abgabe von fachkundigen Preisempfehlungen und aktive Beteiligung an der strategischen und taktischen Verhandlungsplanung und -durchführung
- Aufrechterhaltung solider interner Kontrollen für Preisgestaltungsaktivitäten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Standards
- Ausarbeitung und Durchführung gezielter Preisgestaltungsmaßnahmen in verschiedenen Segmenten, um Gewinnmargen proaktiv zu verbessern
- Leitung der Schulungs
- und Karriereentwicklungsinitiativen für die Mitglieder des Global Pricing
- & Contracting
- Teams
- Vorantreiben der Entwicklung von innovativen Preismodellen und Prozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung umfassender Preisstrategien auf den internationalen Märkten
- Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für spezielle Projekte unter der Leitung der Geschäftsbereichsleitung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, vorzugsweise mit einem Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Finanzen,
- Wirtschaft oder Marketing
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Pricing, Controlling, Projekt
- oder Category Management - idealerweise im internationalen Kontext eines Handels
- bzw. Dienstleistungsunternehmens
- Fähigkeit, Markttrends und Kundenverhalten zu analysieren, um Preisstrategien zu optimieren
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit Tatkraft, Einfallsreichtum und einem hohen Maß an Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Qualitätskontrolle
- Führungspersönlichkeit, eigenverantwortlich, leistungsstark, ergebnisorientiert
- Fundierte analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit einer hohen Affinität für Zahlen
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Für diese spannende Herausforderung ist ein Jahresgehalt von ca. **€ 120.000,-** Fixum brutto **zzgl. variablem Anteil** bzw. eine marktkonforme Vergütung in Abhängigkeit Ihres Erfahrungs
