To strengthen our Commercial Affiliate in Vienna, Austria, we are currently hiring a Head of Market Access (m/f/x) (Fulltime / permanent / Location: Vienna) The Opportunity Join our dynamic team in Vienna as the Head of Market Access and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. You will have the chance to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive impactful changes in the healthcare landscape. Manage market access for a broad portfolio, including blood plasma products, recombinant protein therapies, and gene therapies, in a constantly evolving political and market environment. Guide and consult regional and global functions on the specific needs of the Austrian market and payer environment, especially during early medicine development processes. Your Skills and Experience: Master's degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences, or another healthcare discipline. In-depth knowledge of Austrian pricing and reimbursement legislation and the healthcare system, with a clear understanding of access pathways in retail and hospital markets. Experience managing drug pricing, economic modeling, value propositions, reimbursement, and contracting strategies. Strategic mindset with critical and creative problem-solving abilities.
