Janssen-Cilag Austria is currently recruiting a Manager Market Access and Health Economics to be responsible to support the market access team to achieve and sustain optimal and timely pricing and reimbursement for Janssen products.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategy for our products
- Develop and communicate value based arguments including economic and clinical arguments to secure access and funding for our products
- Understand and address the view of payers and budget-holders
- Identify and communicate market trends and market access related opportunities and risks
- Align with global network of health economic specialists and keep up-to-date with scientific developments to ensure optimal scientific transfer
- Collaborate with all teams, esp. marketing and medical, to develop and deliver health economic tools to influence decision making
- Support of product teams with arguments and pharmaeconomic evaluations
- Preparation and participation in price
- and reimbursement negotiations as well as support of all departments with respect to price and reimbursement topics
- Expected to establish durable and trust-based relationship to chief physicians and pharmaeconomic experts in the Austrian health care system

**Qualifications**:
**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in health economics/life science or related discipline or/and
- At least five years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, with two years in the field of market access
- To interact with and influence key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Good knowledge on Austrian health care system
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
