To support our Market Access Team in Vienna, we are looking for support as:
**Market Access & Public Affairs Manager Austria (f/m/d)**

Der Market Access & Public Affairs Manager Österreich ist für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Market Access Strategie zuständig. In der Verantwortung liegt der bestmöglichen Marktzugang für unser gesamtes Portfolio mit den Schwerpunkten Onkologie, Neurologie und Endokrinologie / Seltene Erkrankungen.

Im Rahmen von Public Affairs ist der Market Access & Public Affairs Manager zuständig für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Public Affairs Strategie in Abstimmung mit Public & Governmental Affairs (DACH, Deutschland).

**Zu den Aufgaben gehören insbesondere**:

- Erstellung von Dossiers und Verhandlungsstrategien mit dem Dachverband der Österreichischen Sozialversicherungsträger und dem BMG für neue Produkte oder Indikationserweiterungen
- Führung von Preisverhandlungen mit den Behörden, die Entwicklung von Preisszenarien und Lifecycle-Management für das gesamte Ipsen Produkte-Portfolio
- Betreuung nationaler und regionaler Market Access Stakeholder sowie dem Ausbau und der Ausgestaltung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen. Vertretung von Ipsen im österreichischen Markt
- Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Entscheidungsträgern nach ihrer strategischen Bedeutung zur Sicherstellung eines bestmöglichen regionalen Marktzugangs
- Netzwerkbildung, aktive / reaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit VertreterInnen der österreichischen Sozialversicherungsträgern je Krankenkasse und Bundesland
- Diese inkludieren z.B.: KontrollärztInnen, BehandlungsökonomInnen, ChefärztInnen / HEK- Mitglieder, etc.
- Verantwortung und Implementierung der Payer Liaison-/ Field Access Strategie
- Vertretung der Nutzenargumentation gegenüber medizinischen, pharmazeutischen und gesundheitspolitischen Fachleuten bei Krankenversicherungen, Vertrauensärzten sowie Behörden
- und Verbänden auf regionaler und nationaler Ebene
- Angebotslegung und Konditionsbesprechungen mit den ZentraleinkäuferInnen / LeadbuyerInnen / Anstaltsapothekenleitungen der Krankenhausverbünde
- Warenverzeichnis-handling
- Ipsen-interne cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit (Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, MAx Global, MAx DACH, Marketing/Sales etc.)
- Verantwortung über das Forecasting (pricing assumptions) sowie das Berechnen von Rückstellungen (accruals)
- Unterstützung, Schulung und Beratung der Sales Teams zu gesundheitsökonomischen und erstattungsrelevanten Fragestellungen, insbesondere auch die Erstellung von Informations
- und Schulungsmaterialien
- Initiierung und Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung von innovativen Market Access-Projekten
- Verantwortlich für die fachliche und operative Abwicklung von BMG Einreichungen
- Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen der Pharmig, sei es in Bezug auf Market Access Themen oder Public Affairs Themen (PUMA)

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie, Medizin, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften und / oder relevante Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld oder einem anderen Sektor des Gesundheitswesens
- Profunde Kenntnisse der gesundheitspolitischen und gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen für die Preisbildung und Erstattung von Arzneimitteln
- Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu den österreichischen Sozialversicherungen und anderen regionalen und nationalen Entscheidungsträgern ist von Vorteil
- Interesse an wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Bereitschaft, sich auch in komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch einzuarbeiten
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie starkes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Selbständige und ergebnis-orientiere Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise, sicheres Auftreten und Präsentieren, rhetorische Gewandtheit und diplomatisches Geschick
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
