Manager Live Streaming

**Company Description**:
**As manager for live streaming & platform you are responsible for the successful execution of live streams on owned and third-party platforms.**
You will be the main contact for stakeholders and in charge of the coordination of global, local and social live streams. Furthermore, you will act as competence centre for countries and support them to deliver a high-end digital live experience within their budget.

**LIVE STREAMING PLATFORM OPERATIONS**

You'll be responsible for the preparations, execution and the debrief of live streaming platform operations.

**DIGITAL PLATFORM TOOLS**

In this role you'll have the responsibility to take care of the live streaming platform operation of digital platform tools for enhancement of the live experience (i.e. chat).

**COMPETENCE CENTRE**

You'll act as a competence centre and communicate between the live content team and technical operations.

**LOCAL LIVE SUPPORT & PREPARATION OF EVENTS**

As a manager live Streaming & Platform you'll consult countries in the set-up of local and social live broadcasts and support them in the execution. Also you'll prepare live events such as gather details from various departments to deliver a high-end digital live experience.

**Qualifications**:
Min. 3 years of experience in Digital Media

Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Strong organizational skills; stays focused, efficient and effective under pressure; can priorities and perform multiple tasks seamlessly

Exceptional planning, prioritization and project management competencies

Familiarity with live streaming delivery chain from production to platform integration

Proficiency with encoding and streaming technology

Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,181 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
