Als Projektmanager besteht Ihre Aufgabe darin, Gesamtprojektplattformen vom Beginn bis zur Ausführung zu entwickeln und zu warten, die Zeitverpflichtungen und das Budget des Projekts entsprechend den vertraglichen Anforderungen und Kundenerwartungen effizient zu verwalten. Außerdem stellen Sie sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen und vertraglichen Rechte gewahrt bleiben.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Ergebnisverantwortung und Planung
- Projektkontrolling und Berichterstattung
- Geschäftsentwicklung
- Anforderung von Ressourcen zur Bearbeitung von Arbeitspaketen
- Risikomanagement gemeinsam mit Controlling
- Verhandlungsführung mit Kunden, Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenverhandlungen
- Laufender Kundenkontakt und Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit
- Koordination von Kundenmeetings
- Einhaltung der Termine gemäß Projektplan
- Einhalten des Kostenrahmens im Projekt
- Freigabe von allgemeinen Projektdokumenten
- Definition und Abstimmung der Prozessdefinitionen
- Erfassung, Prüfung, Durchsprache, Bewertung und Durchsetzung von Claims
- Fachliche Führung des Project Core Teams; Priorisierung der Aufgaben
- Vorgabe strategischer Ziele des Core Teams
- Umsetzung der Projektmanagementprozesse, Erstellen von Angeboten und Verträgen mit Legal
- Leitung und Führung des Projekts

**Qualifikationen**:

- Technische Ausbildung - Fachrichtung Maschinenbau/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Schienenverkehrstechnik von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder/und entsprechende Schulungen oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung Teamleitung, kommerzielle Erfahrung, Kundenkontakt
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- EDV-Kenntnisse MS Office, SAP, Access
- Präsentationen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Führerschein B

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 4.066,84 brutto / Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (14 mal im Jahr). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und/oder Qualifikation möglich.
