**Stellenbeschreibung**:

- Professionelles Office-Management und die aktive Unterstützung des General Managers und des Produktionsleiters bereiten Ihnen große Freude. Dank Ihres Engagements positionieren Sie sich als verlässliche Ansprechpartner innerhalb und außerhalb der Business Unit.
- Sie übernehmen das Dienstreisemanagement und die Bearbeitung des Zeiterfassungssystems sowie die Terminkoordination und Geschäftskorrespondenz.
- Mit Ihrem Know-how punkten Sie bei der Vor-, Auf
- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen und Regelterminen sowie dem Tracking von Kennzahlen.
- Außerdem unterstützen Sie bei der Organisation von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen und erstellen entsprechende Präsentationsunterlagen.
- Gemeinsam mit Ihren beiden Teamkollege fungieren Sie als Unterstützung in den Produktionsbereichen.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung (LAP/HASCH/HAK/FH)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office
- und SAP-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei **€ 2.450,-** brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
