DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Koordination der Abholungen und Zustellungen von DHL Sendungen nach aktuellen Richtlinien, Durchführung von Buchungen und Auskünfte hinsichtlich Tarif, Transitzeiten etc. unter Einhalten der DHL Express Richtlinien (Call Standards) für die Frontline (Begrüßung, Abschluss des Gesprächs, etc)
- Fachliche Hilfestellung für Frontline Mitarbeiter und Wissensvermittlung in Form von Trainings, Coachings und Briefings für KollegInnen
- Supporttätigkeit im Service Desk Team und Supporttätigkeit im Customer Care Team - Bearbeitung von Claims und STTT Complaints
- Übernahme von Eskalationsgesprächen
- Vertretung von Frontline Teamleiter und Frontline Efficiency Analyst

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Schulausbildung wie HAK, Handelsschule
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, vorzugsweise im telefonischen Kundensupport
- Sprachgewandtheit in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte PC-Anwenderkennt-nisse (MS Office, Internet, Outlook)
- Erfahrung in der Aufarbeitung und Weitergabe von Informationen

- ab 35 Stunden/Woche (Arbeitszeiten zwischen 07:30-19:00 Uhr gemäß Dienstplan)
