Your tasks
- You will rotate in different areas to build up experience and understanding of Octapharma Visual Inspection and Packaging
- 18 exciting months with challenging tasks and projects:

- Manage Corporate projects following PMO guidelines
- Assist Corporate PMO projects as a stakeholder resource with impact on VI&P
- KPI Analysis: Monitor, analyze and improve of production process to increase produc-tion capacity
- Active involvement in the capacity model for global VI&P sites
- Improve packaging material design processes, reduce packaging material variety and improve packaging material efficiency
- Coordinate GMP officers and process managers from global packaging sites to reduce technical incompatibilities with material changes
- Coordinate global packaging material or packaging data requests directed to VI&P
- Cooperate with VI&P stakeholders for efficiency
- You will gain insights into different departments
- Interesting development opportunities after successful completion of the program

Your requirements
- Successfully completed Master of Science (e.g. Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
- Maximum of 2 years practical work experience (excl. internships, study-related activities), preferably in an industrial company
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (any additional foreign language is an advantage)
- Professional personality with realistic goals and excellent communication skills
- Willing to move internationally for work assignment
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office tools
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as hands-on mentality
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to perform
- Commitment and flexibility

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (Chemical industry) for your new job
