**Die Stelle**:
Wir suchen - ab sofort - für unser Team der Zellkultur-Anlage eine kompetente Führungspersönlichkeit, die Spaß daran hat, in einem diversen Kundenumfeld den Qualitätskontroll-Einheiten als AnsprechpartnerIn zur Verfügung zu stehen.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- Fachliche und disziplinäre Mitarbeiterführung (~7 MA)
- Strukturelle Ausrichtung der Unit für eine optimale Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten
- Prüfung/Genehmigung von Änderungsanträgen, Abweichungen und CAPAs
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Analysenvorschriften und anderen operativen Dokumenten
- Durchführung von Reality Checks und GMP-Rundgängen im Zuständigkeitsbereich

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Biotechnologie, technische Chemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von MitarbeiterInnen
- Erfahrung mit Qualitätssicherungssystemen im GMP-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Behördeninspektionen verschiedener Gesundheitsbehörden (FDA von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Vergütung für diese Position startet bei € 70.00 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit) [zzgl. eines variablen Anteils].
